Toddler Music Time

TMT is run by members of Grantham Baptist Church as part of our service to the community. It provides a safe environment for carers and their pre-schoolers to meet together, to sing songs, old and new, to learn action songs, Bible songs, counting songs, and explore music with a wide variety of instruments. It is great fun!

Where? - In the back hall at Grantham Baptist Church, Wharf Road.

When? - Friday 9.30-10.30am

Why? - Music! Music! Music! It has a language of its own and is a delight for all ages. The programme is structured, educational and prepares the toddlers for school.

Refreshments are served afterwards at 50 pence a session!

Welcome Song- each child is welcomed in a song

Action songs

Teddy Time - teddy's and nursery rhymes!

Find the instrument (It could be string, brass, wind, or percussion), our resident musician introduces us to the instrument and the children join in with their percussion instruments.

Counting songs - sometimes we are visited by 'Counting Cara', our dancing puppet, who helps us to count while we dance.

Closing song -thank you, God, for looking after us
