We believe in the Bible and that Jesus Christ was crucified for the forgiveness of our sins. It is our aim to make this truth known in Grantham and beyond.

As followers (disciples) of Jesus Christ, we understand our aim is to
Make Disciples...Transforming Lives. (Romans 12:1-2)

This is in obedience to the command of Jesus:

Therefore, go and make disciples of all nations, baptising them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. (Matthew 28:19-20)

In other words, we believe that humanity's hope and salvation lies in and through Jesus Christ the Lord.
We seek to declare this Good News to anyone and everyone, that they might also become his disciples.
While upholding the primacy of Christ, we seek to accomplish our aim with love and integrity,
respecting and valuing others as human beings created and loved by God.

Ministry Teams: In order to facilitate the outworking of our aim we have a number of teams,
each having a responsibility for co-ordinating and developing an area of church life.
They are:

Outreach: Reaching People for Christ. Nurture: Developing people in Christ. Pastoral: Caring for People in Christ.

There is also an Administration team (Finance, Premises, Secretarial).
